How to contact us...

If you wish to call us for normal practice matters, please try and call outside of the busy hours, after 10.00am. Also note that you can book normal practice appointments on-line 24/7 and appointments release regularly for booking.

Like all GP Practices, we are experiencing huge demand for appointments and advice. Our team is working extremely hard to try and help everyone and we thank you for your patience. When you contact us our team will ask you about the reason for your call so that they can direct you to the best person to care for you or to answer your queries.

We have a strong team of support staff who can help you, including a musculoskeletal team to help with aches and pains; mental health support team; social prescribers; clinical pharmacists; pharmacy technicians amongst others and we also have a great team of non-clinical support staff who can help with general queries.

Use of Masks when visiting...

To protect our vulnerable patients and our team we are still asking patients to wear face coverings if they have any respiratory symptoms or think they have any infectious illness. We also ask that everyone wears a face covering when in a consultation with any of our clinicians. We thank you for your understanding.

Covid...

Check on this NHS England link for up to date information on Covid vaccinations:
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/

Further information on the NHS Coronavirus Vaccines can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/coronavirus-vaccine/

Please try to be polite. Abuse of staff will not be tolerated...

ZERO TOLERANCE – Our team are experiencing increasing levels of threatening or abusive behaviour from patients. This is NOT acceptable.

NHS Staff must be able to come to work without fear of violence, abuse or harassment from patients or their relatives. The NHS has a zero tolerance attitude towards violence. Violent, threatening or abusive behaviour including shouting and swearing will not be tolerated at this practice. Patients who act in such a manner will be asked to leave the premises; the Police may be called and you could be removed from our patient list.
